    The design of the development’s overall landscape is influenced by the historical interaction between the residents and the waterbodies in the Katong area where the sea played a significant role as a source of livelihood and food for the residents before land reclamation. The key elements of the waterbody are incorporated into the design, connecting human-nature interaction along the river’s path.

    Based on the site’s swampy Kampong morphology, the area will be divided into zones: City Life, River Life, Nature Life, and Grand Life. These zones will complement each other, providing a sustainable and nostalgic division for the residents.
